Who can be a Reseller?
Anyone who needs the value of multi-site hosting can purchase a reseller package. We have no specific requirements or approval process to open a reseller account, except that you provide first-level support.

How Does Billing Work?
We will invoice
you directly for
your reseller
plan via email
on your chosen
billing setup
basis. You must
make sure that
your current
email address is
up to date in
our system. You
can pay your
bill via credit
card or paypal.
We do not
contact your
clients for
payment, you are
responsible for
billing your own
clients.
How does Technical Support work for my customers?
You can contact our
technical support team, or use any of our technical support options available to all of our direct customers. We will help you so you can assist your clients. We will not accept technical support inquiries from anyone other than our Reseller. All reseller customers are asked to contact their reseller.
You are
responsible for
providing
support to your
customer. We are
here to assist
you if needed,
and we recommend
that you use the
support ticket
system located
in the
Members
area to log any
support
inquires.
I need to
move existing
clients, can you
help?
Yes, we can
assist you in
moving any
existing cpanel
account(s) over
from another
cpanel provider.
This can be done
at no additional
charge for
cpanel to cpanel
migration, if
you are on
another control
panel then we
can arrange a
solution for
you. Please
